What are dNucs?

Nucleosomes are the only physiologically-relevant substrate for chromatin-associated enzyme and protein investigation. Designer Nucleosomes (dNucs) are human recombinant nucleosomes containing specific post–translational modifications, including lysine acetylation and lysine methylation.
