ATP-dependent chromatin remodeling enzymes are frequently mutated in cancer and represent emerging targets for therapeutic development. The EpiDyne™ platform enables precise, quantitative interrogation of nucleosome remodeling activity using EpiCypher’s highly pure recombinant nucleosomes as defined substrates.
