Cell Derived Nucleosomes
In addition to our comprehensive line of recombinant nucleosomes, EpiCypher offers highly purified nucleosomes extracted from HeLa cells or avian erythrocytes. These reagents are available as mononucleosome and polynucleosome preparations, rigorously purified to remove contaminating enzymes and extraneous DNA.
Cell-derived nucleosomes serve as excellent positive controls for immunoblotting, and function as general substrates for histone-modifying enzyme assays, reader domain studies, and chromatin-binding experiments.
