Absence of EDTA and other chelating agents is essential for\n the controlled activation of pAG-MNase (EpiCypher <a href=\"/products/epigenetics-reagents-and-assays/cutana-pag-mnase-for-chic-cut-and-run-workflows\" target=\"_blank\">15-1016/15-1116</a>) and pAG-Tn5 (EpiCypher <a href=\"/products/epigenetics-kits-and-reagents/cutana-pag-tn5-for-cut-and-tag\" target=\"_blank\">15-1017/15-1117</a>),\n but leaves metallo- and aspartic proteases inhibited.
