Histone H3 C-terminal Antibody Description:

Rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizing the C-terminus of histone H3, for use in ChIP and Western blot. Histone H3 is one of a core components of the nucleosome, the smallest subunit of chromatin.

Histone H3 C-terminal Antibody Immunogen:

Synthetic peptide corresponding the the C-terminus of human histone H3.1, conjugated to KLH.

Histone H3 C-terminal Antibody Formulation:

Rabbit serum with 30% glycerol and 0.035% sodium azide.

Histone H3 C-terminal Antibody Quality Control:

This antibody has been validated for use in ChIP and Western blot. It has also been validated for specificity by dot blot and histone peptide array and it has been confirmed that this antibody:
  • Is specific for H3 C-terminus
  • Has no cross-reactivity to any modifications

Histone H3 C-terminal Antibody Storage and Stability:

Stable for 2 years at -20°C from date of receipt.

Histone H3 C-terminal Antibody Application Notes:

Recommended dilutions:
   ChIP 3 - 5 µl per ChIP

   WB 1:2,500 - 1:5,000
