Western Blot Data
Western blot using Histone H3 C-terminal Antibody (1:5,000 dilution) 0.2 µg of HEK293 core histones.
ChIP Data
ChIP using Histone H3 C-terminal Anti-body (4.5 µl per ChIP) with S. cerevesiae chromatin. PCR was performed using GAL10 gene primers or telomeric (TEL) control primers. Lane 1: Chromatin taken from cells where GAL10 gene is not ex-pressed. Lane 2: GAL10 gene expressed.
