RAG2 PHD Domain, Recombinant Description: RAG2 PHD Domain, Recombinant (V(D)J Recombination Activating Protein 2, accession number Q12830, amino acids 387 - 493) containing an N-terminal GST tag, expressed in E. coli. RAG2 is part of a protein complex that mediates DNA cleavage during immunoglobuling gene V(D)J recombination. RAG2 contains a PHD domain that interacts with histone H3 trimethylated at lysine 4 (H3K4me3), which recruits the RAG complex to sites of active chromatin.
RAG2 PHD Domain, Recombinant Formulation: Recombinant GST-tagged protein at 1 mg/ml in 50 mM Tris-HCl pH 7.3, 200 mM NaCl, 1 mM DTT, 20% glycerol.
