Duties:

  • Candidate will be directly responsible for troubleshooting and executing a variety of tasks, meeting deadlines, and contributing to product development / manufacturing and services delivery.
  • Candidate must be self-motivated and work equally well as an individual and part of a team.

Required Qualifications:

  • BS with two or more years research lab experience (or MS with at least one year).
  • Prior employment in a commercial science setting strongly preferred.
  • Broad scientific background, including the ability to rapidly gain working knowledge in new fields.
  • Proven track record with a genome-scale sequencing approach (e.g. ChIP-seq, ChIP-exo, DIP-seq or a comparable technology) is essential.
  • Experience in mammalian cell culture is a definite plus.

Duties:

  • Candidate will be responsible for planning, executing and managing the Marketing Communications plan for EpiCypher.
  • Candidate must be self-motivated and work equally well as an individual and part of a team.
  • Develop the marketing communications strategy and calendar, including PR, tradeshows, new product launches, brand identity development and lead generation.
  • Implement strategy to capture leads for the global sales team.
  • Manage development, production, and distribution of promotional and collateral materials.
  • Write copy, develop creative, and proof assets as needed.
  • Work with the Product Development team to develop and execute the product launch process, including digital marketing, product-focused collateral, tradeshows, training materials, and product manuals.
  • Work with digital marketing team to review analytics and optimize campaign focus, content and placements as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or Biology/Biochemistry.
  • Knowledge of or prior experience in life sciences industry preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years of progressively responsible marketing communications positions. Research experience is a huge plus.
  • Digital (web and inbound) marketing experience with strong analytic skills.
  • Experience in lead generation and nurturing through digital marketing and tradeshows.

Duties:

  • Candidate will be responsible for providing technical sale support to drive growth of EpiCypher’s diverse products and services catalog.
  • Primary responsibility will be providing customer-facing technical sales support to drive growth of EpiCypher’s diverse catalog products and services.
  • Demonstrate technical credibility in consultations with customers on technical support questions, product applications and service project/assay designs.
  • Act as a technical liaison between external customers, KOLs, collaborators and partners and internal R&D services and manufacturing teams.
  • Develop and present product training presentations for customers and global distributors.
  • Deliver technical talks highlighting key value propositions in person, through webinars, video posts and at conferences and tradeshows.
  • Work with product management, R&D, marketing and field sales to develop and execute sales strategy and tactics.
  • Partner closely with Sales Executives to generate, qualify, quote and close sales opportunities.
  • Additional technical sales and support-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Masters or PhD in Biology, Biochemistry or a related field with two or more years post-graduate research.
  • Candidates with experience or knowledge of chromatin biology and epigenetics will be strongly considered. Prior employment in a commercial sales setting preferred but not essential.
  • Solid scientific background (including a strong conceptual understanding of epigenetics) and the ability to rapidly gain working knowledge in new fields.
  • Proven track record with ChIP - NGS (or comparable genomic technologies) is huge plus.
