Recombinant human BRD4 Bromodomain 1, His-Tagged,\n expressed in <em>E. coli</em> (HUNK1, accession number O60885, amino\n acids 41 to 180). BRD4 is a member of the BET sub-family of\n bromodomain-containing proteins, which also includes BRD2, BRD3 and\n BRDT. BET proteins have two bromodomains and an ET domain C-terminal\n to the second bromodomain. BRD4 serves as a co-factor for Myc and is\n crucial to Myc’s role in acute myeloid leukemia.
