Histone H3/H4 Tetramers, Recombinant Human Description: Histone H3/H4 Tetramers made from recombinant histones expressed in E. coli (accession numbers: H3-P68431; H4-P62805). Histones H3 and H4 were expressed and purified individually by FPLC, then assembled into tetramers that were further purified using gel filtration chromatography.
Histone H3/H4 Tetramers, Recombinant Human Formulation: 50 µg of H3/H4 Tetramer (1 mg/ml) in 10mM Tris-HCl pH 7.5, 2M NaCl, 1mM EDTA, 2mM DTT, 20% glycerol.
Histone H3/H4 Tetramers, Recombinant Human Storage and Stability: Lyophilized proteins are stable for 2 years at -20°C from date of shipment. Reconstitute with sterile distilled water and aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Stable for 6 months at -80°C after reconstitution.
Histone H3/H4 Tetramers, Recombinant Human Application Notes: Recombinant histone H3/H4 Tetramers are suitable for enzyme assays and nucleosome reconstitution.
