BRD3 Bromodomain 2, Recombinant Human Description: Recombinant human BRD3 Bromodomain 2 (RING3L, accession number Q15059, amino acids 25 to 160) containing an N-terminal GST tag, expressed in E. coli. BRD3 is a member of the BET sub-family of bromodomain-containing proteins, which also includes BRD2, BRD4 and BRDT. BET proteins have two bromodomains and an ET domain C-terminal to the second bromodomain. BRD3 interacts with acetylated histone and non-histone proteins, including acetylated GATA1. BRD3 is found fused to the NUT protein in a subset of carcinomas, contributing to the oncogenic phenotype by suppressing differentiation.
